ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY

License Agreement

1. Introduction

This License Agreement applies to all content, materials, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, community areas, symbols, images, videos, texts, designs, logos, badges, names, branding elements and any other materials provided by ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY through its official website, official platforms and authorized communication channels.

By accessing, viewing, purchasing, subscribing to, downloading, using or interacting with any part of ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY, you agree to this License Agreement.

If you do not agree with this License Agreement, you must not use, copy, download, reproduce, share, resell or access any protected content or service offered by ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY.

2. Ownership of Content

  • Community designs,

  • Private group content,

  • Digital archives,

  • Branding materials,

  • Creative concepts,

  • Written materials,

  • Downloadable resources,

  • Website structure and presentation.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property and related laws.

3. Limited License to Users

ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website and its available content for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes only.

This license does not give users ownership of any content, symbol, image, text, logo, video, design, digital product, badge, membership material or community material.

Users are only allowed to use the content in the way clearly permitted by ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY.

4. No Transfer of Ownership

Purchasing a product, joining a membership, subscribing to a plan, entering a group or receiving access to private content does not transfer ownership rights to the user.

All intellectual property rights remain with ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY or the relevant rights holder.

Users receive only a limited right to access and use the purchased or subscribed content under the terms of this License Agreement.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users are not allowed to:

  • Distribute subscription-only materials,

  • Use logos, symbols or branding without permission,

  • Use ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY materials for fraud,

  • Use the name of ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY to request money,

  • Sell fake memberships,

  • Promise access, power, wealth, influence or special status,

  • Modify materials and present them as official,

  • Use content in a misleading way,

  • Use content for unlawful activity,

  • Use community materials to threaten, pressure or manipulate others,

  • Use ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY content for hate speech, harassment or illegal instructions.

Any unauthorized use may result in account termination, content removal requests, platform reports and legal action where necessary.

6. Membership and Subscription Content

Memberships, subscriptions, private groups, badges, exclusive content and community access are provided only for authorized users who lawfully obtain access through official channels.

Membership access is personal and cannot be sold, transferred, rented, shared or assigned to another person.

Users may not share private group content, member-only materials, exclusive knowledge, digital files, access links, private discussions or restricted resources with unauthorized third parties.

ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY reserves the right to restrict, suspend or cancel access if a user violates this License Agreement or any other official policy.

7. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials

Digital products, downloadable files, audio materials, videos, game materials, educational materials, written documents and other digital resources are licensed, not sold.

Users may access these materials only for personal and lawful use.

Unless written permission is given by ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY, users may not:

  • Resell digital products,

  • Upload them to file-sharing websites,

  • Share them in public groups,

  • Claim ownership over them,

  • Modify and sell them,

  • Use them for commercial projects,

  • Include them in another product,

  • Repackage them as their own work.

8. Community Name, Logo and Symbol Protection

The name “ILLUMI CORP,” “ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY,” “ILLUMI CORP CULT,” related logos, symbols, badges, visual designs and identity elements are protected community identity assets.

No person may use these assets to create confusion, mislead the public, sell fake memberships, collect money, impersonate the community or suggest official authorization without written permission.

Any unauthorized use of the name, logo, symbols or identity of ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY is strictly prohibited.

9. No Authorization to Represent the Community

This License Agreement does not give any user the right to represent ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY.

No user may claim to be an official leader, representative, agent, recruiter, messenger, officer, fundraiser, authority figure or approval manager unless they have written authorization from ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY.

Access to content, membership status, a badge, a subscription or a community role does not create legal authority to act on behalf of ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY.

10. No Promise of Results or Benefits

ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY does not promise wealth, financial success, personal power, influence, social status, political authority, guaranteed advancement, supernatural benefits or any guaranteed personal outcome.

All content, memberships, subscriptions and digital materials are provided for voluntary access, community participation, digital content, educational value, entertainment value, symbolic value, artistic value, archival value or private community engagement.

Users are responsible for their own decisions, actions and interpretations.

11. User-Generated Content

If users submit comments, posts, messages, images, reviews, profile content or other materials to ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY platforms, they confirm that they have the right to share such content.

By submitting content, users grant ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, moderate, edit, remove, publish or use that content for community, safety, promotional, administrative or operational purposes.

Users remain responsible for the content they submit.

Users may not submit content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, abusive, misleading, sexually exploitative, harmful to children, privacy-violating or infringing on the rights of others.

12. Account Access and Security

Users are responsible for protecting their account login information, passwords, subscription access and private membership access.

Users must not share accounts, passwords, private access links or restricted materials with unauthorized persons.

ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by a user’s failure to protect their account information.

13. Termination of License

ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY may suspend, restrict or terminate a user’s license, access, membership, subscription or account if the user:

  • Violates this License Agreement,

  • Misuses protected content,

  • Shares private materials,

  • Attempts fraud,

  • Impersonates the community,

  • Harasses others,

  • Uses the community name without permission,

  • Engages in unlawful activity,

  • Violates community safety rules,

  • Damages the reputation or security of ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY.

Upon termination, the user must stop using all protected materials and may lose access to membership areas, subscriptions, private groups, badges and digital content.

14. Reporting Unauthorized Use

If you find any person, account, website, group or platform using the name, logo, symbols, content or identity of ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY without permission, you should report it through the official communication channels of ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY.

Unauthorized use may include fake memberships, fake representatives, fake payment requests, copied content, stolen images, fake groups, misleading claims or fraudulent offers.

15. Content Removal and Enforcement Rights

ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY reserves the right to request removal of unauthorized content from websites, social media platforms, marketplaces, hosting services, search engines and other third-party platforms.

ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY also reserves the right to report infringing accounts, submit takedown requests, suspend user access and take legal action where necessary.

16. Third-Party Platforms

ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY may use third-party services, platforms, payment providers, hosting services, social media platforms or community tools.

Users must also follow the terms and policies of any third-party platform they use while accessing ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY content or services.

ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY is not responsible for unauthorized actions, technical failures, policy changes, account restrictions or decisions made by third-party platforms.

17. Payments and Access

Payments, subscriptions, memberships and digital purchases must be made only through official payment systems and official website channels.

No user, follower, member or third party is authorized to request private payments on behalf of ILLUMI CORP SOCIETY unless written authorization is clearly provided.

Any payment request made through unofficial channels should be considered suspicious.

18. Refunds and Cancellations
